Imperial bench skullz, 3DMAX overhaul squad, Fingers Crossed disband rosters
Imperial bench skullz after six months, 3DMAX bring in misutaaa, NBK- and wasiNk from GenOne, and Fingers Crossed disband their rosters.
Three separate announcements, all dropping today.
Imperial bench skullz
Imperial have moved Felipe "skullz" Medeiros to the bench after six months. He joined from FURIA in August 2025 but never brought the impact the team needed. They reached Stage 3 at StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 but didn't qualify for much else.
AWPer Santino "try" left for Passion UA earlier this month. Imperial have since signed Guilherme "levi" Gustavo and Lucas "decenty" Bacelar from Fluxo, with the latter confirmed today.
3DMAX overhaul
3DMAX finished last at BLAST Bounty, last at PGL Cluj-Napoca, and have struggled throughout this season. They also lost to mix team M1X KS in the BLAST Open Rotterdam qualifier. Something had to change.
The answer, apparently, is GenOne. KΓ©vin "misutaaa" Rabier joins as a player. Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt, whose playing career dates back to CS:Source in 2009, takes an assistant coaching role - his first time off the active roster. Damien "wasiNk" Dufour returns as head coach, having previously coached 3DMAX before moving to GenOne.
Out: Alexandre "bodyy" Pianaro and head coach Pierre "YouKnow" Marco.
New roster:
π«π· Filip "Graviti" Brankovic (IGL)
π«π· Bryan "Maka" Canda
π«π· Pierre "Ex3rcice" Bulinge
π«π· Lucas "Lucky" Chastang
π«π· KΓ©vin "misutaaa" Rabier
π«π· Damien "wasiNk" Dufour (head coach)
π«π· Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt (assistant coach)
Fingers Crossed disband rosters
Fingers Crossed have disbanded both their male and female rosters. The organization was six months old. Their statement cited "substantial financial backing" - implying six-figure investment - but said they couldn't hit their competitive targets within the timeline they'd set.
"This organization was created from sheer love and passion for Counter-Strike," they wrote. "Regrettably, despite our effort, hard work, and substantial financial backing, we were unable to meet our competitive goals or organizational targets within the timeline we established."
The men's team played their last match on February 21, losing 1-2 to Phantom in the De_Airport Masters quarterfinals. The organization itself may not be done - the statement hints at a return: "This marks a new chapter in our commitment to esports - a fresh start awaits us."
